In the last decade, Myanmar has reopened its economy and has captured the interest of foreign investors. Having recently concluded its elections, Myanmar is in the process of forming its next government. What will the new government’s economic reform priorities be?

On 15 December 2020, Associate Professor Simon Tay, Chairman of the SIIA, moderated a panel discussion on “Myanmar Beyond 2020: Economic Reform Priorities and Investment Opportunities” organised by Ascent Capital Partners.
